The 'Recruiting Badass'...

Hey playa,

I was a recruiting badass during my 3 years in MLM.

Think I recruited about 11 people.

3 were girlfriends, 4 were mates, 1 was an ex-girlfriends sister, 1 a work collegue, 1 an old lady I met and the last one was an old guy who cornered me in the gym.

I 'nearly' recruited hundreds though.

All the people who were serious and ready to get started but seemed to vanish. Never turned up at meetings

Now the word 'recruit' sends shivers down my spine.

I never want to do it again.

If I'm honest, I'd rather have the world champion corn on the cob eater, nibble on my tallywhacker.

It's great in theory though. Building a massive team and earning from their efforts. An army all over the world. Thousands of people who worship the very ground you walk on and you don't even know who they are.

But that's the 1%

The top guys make it sound almost effortless.

You watch on, desperate to move up through the ranks. Hurts like hell to watch your fellow distributors getting recognised on stage, you clap and smile through gritted teeth. Secretly crying inside, frustrated and angry with yourself because you haven't reached that elusive next level.

Just talk to 10 people a day and 2 will sign up they said.

But it's more than just talking to people isn't it?

It's a whole different kind of conversation with different parts to it. From sparking up the initial conversation to closing the sale, and if you don't get them all right, you have no chance.

You're so far out of your comfort zone you may as well be naked!

You've done it all, stepped all over your pride, had whatever was left of your dignity, raped.

Anyone you manage to get into your downline turns out to be a whiny, bitching loser, spend most of your time baby sitting them.

You want a team full of winners and so far you have complainers!

And even when you have some ambitious go-getters, they suffer from all the pains you do, then they're gone.

People just don't have the staying power you do, do they?

They keep asking you questions, you're their sponsor, their leader, but you don't have the answer either, do you soldier?

Average distributor retention rate is about 3 months.

So after all that effort, most of them drop out. All the time and money you spent recruiting them...

What a fucking waste

Relying on other people to make you money, sucks!

And the best your upline can give you? Just keep at it, you don't want it enough :p

Most network marketing companies pride themselves on not making any money from an actual sign up. Money is only made if the sign up goes on to sell product.

Which is nice to be able to say but it's makes your life waaaaay harder.

Especially if you're paying to advertise.

Some companies give you a commission for introducing a new recruit. Instant money; but it opens the way for dickheads to abuse the system.

Playing on peoples hopes and dreams

Telling them what they want to hear

Then as soon as they join and send their money, they couldn't give a shyt about the person they just promised to teach everything they know about making $50,000 a month to!

Don't get me wrong, leverage is king and you need other people in some form to help you build your empire but recruiting as a main strategy is just fuckin dumb.

Some say illegal. See this from the FTC website...

If the money you make is based on the number of people you recruit and the sales you make to them, it's a pyramid scheme. Pyramid schemes are illegal and the vast majority lose money.

See, most people fail in their home business because they go about it all the wrong way.

The company plan is all set up so you HAVE to recruit in order to move up the ranks.

Lack of new recruits can also see your commissions held back.

The Home Business Accelerator coming soon will chop this bitch down at the kneez. Build your empire whether you choose to have a team or not.

Check this out. While your trying to find the power to go speak to some young kid working at the petrol pumps, inside your head, you're reasoning with god, trying to explain to him you're a good person and deserve to have a few people on your team, I'm currently looking at a source where just last month, 74,000 people actually looked for the exact fucking thing you have.

Killer huh?

And I gots many more sources like that sweet pea.

love ya, bye
